Gumball Male card

This is a card I made for a male family member. Just shows, this set is not just for kids. For this card I have stamped the Gumball Machine in Always Artichoke and stamped the gumballs inside with Choc Chip and RH Red. The card base is Mellow Moss. I have added some interest to this card with some sponging and a stamped and torn polka dot strip and some DSP. I have then added some wide Choc Chip stitched ribbon and a stamped label which has been punched out with a curly label punch. My male take on this set.

A flower for all Seasons

Here's a couple of simple cards again using the Tall Tales DSP. This is a very cute little stamp set called aFlower for all Seasons. I got out some watercolour paper and my markers and had a play. I also love the new 1 3/4 inch circle punch which is the perfect size for these small images.

Jai Scrapbook page

This gorgeous photo of my nephew was just begging to be added to my scrapbook collection. I was inspired by the new Tall Tales DSP and my new Circle scissors from the Summer mini catalogue. Not having the matching stamp set, I resorted to cutting matching images from the paper (the stamp set would have been easier!!) I have used my anywhere hole punch to enhance my circle of DSP and my crimper to create a ribbon strip. I have inked my chipboard letters with coordinating colours (love that about the SU range!) The buttons are also in the new Summer mini. The alphabet stamp set is Defining and the heart punch is the Heart to Heart punch (3 in one!)

Razzle Dazzle card

Here's a card made with the same Razzle Dazzle stamp that I used on my candle. This stamp is so versatile. I have coloured it with my markers and added a greeting from Cheers and wishes. I have added a scalloped edge in Regal Rose, mounted the lot on So saffron card. The base of the card is Certainly Celery which has been wheeled with the Retro Mix border from the Summer mini. I nice fresh summery card.

Christmas Gift bags

I also made the gift bags to put them in. I just used white paper bags, added a strip of DSP (Holiday treasures) and a strip punched with my Eyelet border punch. I then wheeled the holly border across the bag ( a cartridge in the wheel makes this SOO EASY). Then I added my tag and some striped ribbon for a very festive gift bag.

Candle stamping

Here are a couple of the Candles that I stamped for gifts for friends this year. This is the first time I had attemped this technique. After the first one, I had the technique pretty much down pat...It's pretty easy, once you know how. If you would like to learn, email me and I can show you how. I have used Rustic Rooster (hostess set) and the new Razzle Dazzle stamp set. Cute, hey!

My Christmas card

This is my favourite card that I made to send out this Christmas. It uses the beautiful Snow Swirled tree and the gorgeous Real red Polka dot ribbon from the Summer mini. Love this ribbon! The colours are Taken with Teal and Real Red. I also added some bling to the tree! I have used my scalloped oval punch for the greeting combined with the Wide oval punch. I created the border with the Eyelet border punch.

Christmas photo scrapping

There's nothing like fresh photos to inspire a bit of scrapbooking. The Stamping up Scrapbook kits make the job even easier, especially if you are scrapping on the run. I love the borders in this kit. I have also used the small star punch (see detail at top) and the Outline Alphabet.
