Welcome Christmas
The Christmas tinsel is already glittering in the shops and someone mentioned yesterday it is nine weeks til Christmas!
Time for some serious card making!!!
This is my newest Christmas set and I love the oldy worldy feel of this image.
This card was made for a sketch challenge at Vicstampers.
The cardstock is the beautiful new Cherry Cobbler and the DSP is Jolly holiday.
The ribbon is the Real Red Satin ribbon (very Christmassy) and I have added sticky jewels to the tree.
Love this one!

Ornament with Attitude
This is a variation with the ornament punch.
The gorgeous flourish is stamped with the Baroque motifs flourish stamp (it would have to be one of my most loved stamps!) and then the little "flower" images are dotted around to give the impression of ornaments on a tree (you could add some more bling to these).
I have then punched out my ornament from the new gorgeous Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
I then ran my ornament through my Big Shot with the Petals a Plenty embossing folder.
This is a great Christmas folder!
I attached my ornament with dimensionals and finished off with some thin Red Taffeta ribbon.
The greeting is from the Contempo Christmas set.
I'm sure getting some mileage out of this set at the moment!

Contempo Christmas
I'm really into Christmas card mode at the moment.
This is another card made with the new Contempo Christmas set.
Don't you just love this little curly tree!
You could really bling this one up.
For this card I've chosen to let the embellishments at the pizzaz to the card.
The stickers and more mustard button were from the flower power kit.
Loving the ornament punch
I'm so loving the new ornament punch!
This is a card we made in my Christmas stamp-a-stack workshop a few weeks ago.
I based the workshop around the flower power kit (which is now sadly retired).
I loved the fresh colour combo of Rose Red, More Mustard and Perfect Plum and we made lots of cards based on this theme. We also used the stickers, buttons and ribbons that were in the kit.
Just shows you don't necessarily need Christmas supplies to make a Christmas card.
This gorgeous stamp set is the new Contempo Christmas.
It is such good value with a tree stamp, an ornament stamp and 2 greetings
It's perfect for blinging up with glitter and the new self adhesive jewels.
The greeting on this card was gold embossed - a nice Christmas touch!
