Love Defined Scrapbook page

Here's a scrapbook page of my favourite couple!
I have used the Love Defined set for the stamping. I love the versatility of this set!
For my theme I have gone for Red, Marina Mist and white combo.
It's really a crisp happy combo.
I have used the top note die to hold my journalling.
Hope you like it!

Happy Valentine's Day!

This little card is winging it's way to someone for Valentine's Day!
This owl punch is really growing on me the more I use it.
I have used the little heart from the punch to make the rose. The stem is from the Bird punch.
The owl's wings are a scallop circle punch cut in half.
The stamping is from the Love Defined set.
Love this card....I hope the recipient does too!

Love Defined cards

These are a couple of cards I made with the Love Defined set from the Summer mini catalogue.
I love this set...especially when I WON it at SU regionals last year! Free is good, right?
I am staying with my current favourite brights colour combo...
Daffodil Delight, Marina Mist/Tempting Turquoise and Real Red/Melon Mambo Combined with white these are an eye-catching combination.
I have also used the new Pinking Hearts border punch. Such a cute little border.
The little heart on the tree is from the Itty Bitty buttons set.
I have a scrapbook page to follow in the same combo so stay tuned!

Island Oasis card

How's this for a bright happy summery card! I have used the fern image to create my background then put it through the Big shot with the Lattice folder from the Summer mini. Love this look! The coconut is from the Island Oasis set and it is set on a scallop circle punchout. The greeting is from the Curly Cute set and I have used the scallop tim edge punch to create the border. I spritzed the card with my home made sparkly spritz made with the champagne shimmer paint. This card is very glitzy in real life! The colours for this card are: Melon Mambo, Old Olive and So Saffron.

Scrapbooking memories

The inspiration for this scrapbook page was two-fold.
I wanted to try out this cute flower technique - made with circles and a button.
I also stumbled across an old movie: "The Silver Brumby" which sparked a whole bag of childhood memories.
This layout was the result. It evolved over a couple of afternoons.
I used the fern/grass image fromTropical Party stamp set to create my border.
This is such a great versatile set!
I have also used the matching Scrapbook paper Island Oasis.
Love the colours in this pack!
The colours for this layout are: Kraft, Early Expresson and Tempting Turquoise.
I have also used The crochet trim from the Summer mini and the Brights/neutrals buttons.
The horse image is from my non-SU stash.
