Doing a happy dance!
Yes, I'm doing a happy dance! Pool Party is here to stay!
I'm sad to see Baja Breeze go but I'm very happy Pool Party is being incorporated into the standard colour range.
Here are a couple of my Pool Party cards!
These were super easy to make...I was on a roll.
You can get the canvas from the mini catalogue and the fabric from the main catalogue.

I LOVE this Just Thinking stamp from the mini catalogue.
It is a single stamp with so many possibilities!
I have used the Hexagon embossing folder on both of these cards.
I have also used the new designer brads...so pretty.
The ruffled ribbon is also Pool Party.
I also used this stamp on the canvas and used it to embellish a book cover for my downlines...yes, I have a little team. We had our second team meeting on the weekend and we got to stamp together and discuss everything SU! Love it! Including the upcoming SU Convention...so looking forward to that and having a sneak peek at the new goodies coming!
Anyway, here's my project. I've used some of our fabric range for these and of course...paper doilies...love them!

Colour Refresh
Yes, it's that time of year again when we eagerly await the new Stampin' Up Catalogue.
Of course, as well as all the new goodies to look forward to, there is always the anticipation of the new In-colours. This year Stampin Up has decided on another refresh of our standard colour range.
The new colours are so fresh and vibrant! So there is some shift around in the colour families.
Some of our favourites will be retiring and some of our new favourite In-colours are staying.
Here is the new chart showing the new standard colour range.
The retiring colours are Now while stocks last.

What's on my desk today?
Hi All,
It's been a while since I posted, so this might be a long one to make up for it!
So, what have I been creating?
Well, I've finally finished and handed over my brother's wedding album so now I have some time to share with you what has been on my desk over the past few weeks.
Of course, I'm loving the new Seasonal catalogue...it's super lacy and pretty...right up my alley!
The new framelits are so much fun!
The ALL DRESSED UP framelits take me back to the days of those pop out paper dolls.
This is such a fun set and goes beautifully with the Pop Up Posies designer kit. Now this kit is supposed to make beautiful paper flowers, but once I saw what my esteemed colleagues were doing with them to make the dresses, well I just had to have a play with those too. This kit comes with die cut paper flowers, various sizes of cupcake patties, some lovely decorative brads, tags and a gorgeous word stamp. Heaps included in this kit.
So here are the results: (some I've cased and some I've created)...sooo much fun!
Any of the Designer series paper with small prints are perfect for this set of framelits.
I love Comfort Cafe and Twitterpated and the new Tea for Two DSP.
Add some paper doilies (these are so pretty and delicate and you get heaps in the pack), some pretty ribbon and the gorgeous FLOWER TRIM...all available in the mini catalogue. Frame them up with any of the framelit dies...Ovals, Circles, Labels...whatever you like!
